Do I have to set up a user account in order to buy products at www.bellabeau.net?
No, you don't have to set up an online user account in order to place an order with Bella & Beau. However, creating a user account has several advantages, including:
• Speeding up online shopping by storing your personal information
• Viewing the status of your order at any time

All personal information provided while registering is protected by your personal password. By registering, you can easily place orders in the Online Shop.

How do I change details in my account?
To change details in your account, go to My Account link at the top of the website. This will redirect to where you can change your personal information, address details, and view your orders.

I forgot my password. What can I do?
To retrieve your password, please click Login at the top of the website. You will be prompted to enter your email information and submit. We will email you a link to reset your password.

Can I order by phone?
Yes. You can call 612-567-2020. We’re available by phone Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CST.

We do recommend ordering via website as this is set up for ease of order. You can also create an account to help you manage purchases and other details.

Which payment options do you offer?

How do I care for my jewelry?
Our beads and charms are treated to resist tarnishing but sometimes they do need a quick touch-up. To do this, we recommend using a simple silver polishing cloth.Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization, which is part of the design.

Though our jewelry is designed to withstand the normal wear of you and your dog, it is recommended that you remove your jewelry before coming into contact with hot tubs and swimming pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Bella & Beau products.
