Sales and Return Policy
Bella & Beau stands behind all of its products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. Bella & Beau reserves the right to make adjustments to this Sales and Return Policy by posting a revised version at www.bellabeau.net/pages/sales-policy, effective immediately.
Standard Return Policy
You can easily return any Bella & Beau product to the retailer from which you purchased it, subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Unless otherwise noted, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning or exchanging your item.
All Bella & Beau products are warranted for 120 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse, accident or lack of reasonable care, non-observance of the instructions for use, poor maintenance, and modification of the product are not covered under the warranty. All Bella & Beau products purchased through the Bela & Beau Store can be returned or exchanged for an equivalent product within 30 days of the date you received it, subject to the following exclusions:
- The item appears worn or used.
- The item was a gift card.
- The item was on sale.
- The item was non-returnable (or non-returnable if opened).
- The Bella & Beau return team wasn’t able to locate the order number or other information needed to process the return.
- The item is being exchanged from an address outside the continental United States.
Shipping & Delivery
Please review the Shipping page at www.bellabeau.net/pages/shipping to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Bella & Beau Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Bella & Beau’s control once it leaves our facilities, Bella & Beau cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Return, Exchange & Warranty Process
To initiate return requests, exchange requests, or warranty claims on items purchased through the Bella & Beau Store, send your request by email to email@example.com and include your order number and the email address and name you used to place the order. The Bella & Beau return team will contact or notify you within five (5) business days via the email address you used to place the order regarding whether or not your request or claim was accepted, and if necessary any additional steps or instructions you must perform or complete to finish submitting or executing your request or claim.
Unless otherwise noted, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning or exchanging your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Items eligible for exchanges must be considered equivalent by Bella & Beau, and at Bella & Beau’s sole discretion. Though restrictions may apply, products are considered equivalent and eligible for exchange when they are of the same price. Exchanges must be shipped to the same address as the original order.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or, at Bella & Beau’s sole discretion, by mailing a check to the original billing address, within ten (10) business days after the Bella & Beau return team receives and approves of the return request. If you used a discount/promo code when purchasing an item, you’ll be refunded for the price of the item minus the value of the discount/promo code. Please contact your credit or debit card-issuing bank or banking service provider with questions about when your refund credit will be posted to your account before contacting Bella & Beau with similar questions.
The Bella & Beau Store allows you to pay via payment methods provided by Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider. These payment methods included American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, VISA, and Paypal. By using any of these payment methods, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with or governing their use, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the credit card(s), debit card(s), or payment method(s) utilized in connection with the transaction(s).
Bella & Beau may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity (for example, if we suspect you are purchasing products for unauthorized resale). Bella & Beau may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify Bella & Beau’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Bella & Beau Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Bella & Beau cancels an order after you have already been billed, Bella & Beau will refund the billed amount.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity or supply constraints of some of our products, Bella & Beau may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Bella & Beau reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Bella & Beau confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Bella & Beau will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Pricing and Price Corrections
Bella & Beau reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Bella & Beau Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Discount/promo codes are eligible for consumers (end users) only and are limited to one per order.
